Whats involved:

Arrive between 12:30 & 1:00 PM the day of the party (12/13/24) to set up your table
You can go back home afterward and return later for the party, or stay a while and help with the other decorations.
Provide a round, fabric table cloth for a table seating 8 people
Provide a centerpiece, which people can see over to facilitate visiting at the table
Only battery operated candles - if you want candles
Chargers at each place setting are great, but not required
No confetti or glitter allowed -- Church rule
No need to provide the dishes or flatware for the meal
No need to provide table gifts
Everything you bring, you keep and take home at the end of the evening, unless you use candies that people can eat
